Shipping & Delivery:

We offer standard shipping within the United States. Orders are shipped within 5 business days. This excludes out of stock items that may take longer. We will notify you.

Happy Returns:

We do not except returns on merchandise that is personalized. Other non-personalized merchandise in perfect selling condition with label attached we will be happy to exchange for another size or item. Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For re-shipping the exchanged merchandise there is a $5.60 charge. You may insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Send the return in a 6x12 pad envelope. Include your name, address, phone number and correct size along with the return.

Customer Satisfaction:

Designs by Lisa Marie garments are made of soft, durable 100% cotton. Garments fit true to size after washing and drying. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit of our garment before washing and drying simply return it for an exchange. (Only non-personalized merchandise in perfect selling condition with label attached may be exchanged for another size.)  We want our customers to be happy!
